This allows #m to be time efficient in planning and is able to structure the work appropriately. 5=#H organisational skills are satisfactory but could be improved by having a workbook and an answer booklet. COMMENTS: Class Results 1=#N has a received a #Results for #h final #Time grade. 2=This is not a true reflection of #n's grades and I would imagine that #e would be quite disappointed with this result. 3=This is an accurate representation of #n's grades and a reflection of the work completed throughout the #time. COMMENTS: LM Area of most improvement 1=#N has worked on beginning tasks more promptly and has improved as evidenced by #h Management of Learning indicators. 2=I have witnessed an improvement with #N’s leadership qualities. This was evident in the organisation of the house in Performing Arts. 3=#N has improved #h public speaking skills and this will only serve to improve #h leadership qualities. 4=Over the years I have really witnessed a young person maturing into a young adult. I have enjoyed having the company of #N in study and look forward to hearing of their successes in the future. 5=#N has improved #h organisation over the course of the year and will benefit from this as #e moves into the Senior School. COMMENTS: LM Grades 1=#N’s assessment results have also been outstanding and indicative of #h broad range of skills and knowledge across the curriculum. 2=#N’s assessment results are very high, indicating a strong level of understanding and skills in all domains. 3=#N’s assessment results are also excellent. #H continues to respond to teacher feedback when given, and demonstrates high levels of maturity and self-efficacy in #h learning approach. 4=#N was a little disappointed with #h grades this term and consequently did not get into the subjects so desired for #time. I encourage #N to use this as motivation to improve next year. The subject’s will still be there in year 11. 5=#N’s grades are indicative of where #e currently sits within the cohort. COMMENTS: LM intro 1=#N has completed a generally positive #time. 2=#N has enjoyed a very successful #time. 3=#N has completed an excellent #time. 4=#N has completed a highly successful #time. 5=#N has returned from King Island with renewed energy and interest. 6=It has been a pleasure to have #N back in the Ross community and the study group this term. 7=Since returning from King Island, #N seems more mature and is displaying an improved attitude toward #h studies. 8=It was obviously a fantastic new experience for #N and #e has become a much more mature and well-rounded individual. 9=It has been a pleasure to have #N back in the Ross community and the study group this term. COMMENTS: LM MOL's 1=#E is still struggling with aspects such as starting tasks quickly and organisation and this is reflected in #h Management of Learning indicators. 2=#H Management of Learning indicators are solid across the curriculum, however there is some room for improvement in the area of concentration. 3=#E has approached #h subjects with outstanding focus and organisation, as reflected in #h very high Management of Learning indicators and solid results in #h assessments. 4=#E has achieved outstanding Management of Learning indicators as a result of #h consistent and organised approach to learning. 5=#N’s excellent Management of Learning indicators and excellent grades are also indicative of the focused work that #e constantly employs in most of #h subjects. 6=#E has achieved outstanding Management of Learning indicators, with the highest rank of ‘Always’ given consistently. 7=#E has achieved outstanding Management of Learning indicators and has once again been assisted by #h systematic and organised approach to learning. 8=#E would be disappointed with the Management of Learning indicators achieved as they have dropped off since last term. This is an ever increasingly important area to focus on as #e moves into the Senior School. COMMENTS: LM needs to improve 1=#N can however be a little distracting and I would like to see #N work on this during #time, by focusing more on #h own work. 2=#N is going to work on improving #h #classes results next term by concentrating more and using #h time effectively. 3=#N is going to try and manage #h time more effectively both in Study and at home in order to improve #h grades. COMMENTS: LM sport/house 1=#N has continued to enjoy being a part of the College Basketball team and is consistently a solid member of the Ross House. 2=#N continues to be a strong presence on the sporting field, and I wish #m well for the summer. #H leadership on the sporting field has been reflected in #h support from Kennedy House. 3=#N has continued to enjoy a wide range of extra-curricular pursuits, both artistically and physically. I encourage #N to keep up #h involvement in the broad curriculum that College offers, and in which #e seems to strive. 4=#N’s involvement with both the Kennedy and Senior School communities continues to be of great significance. 5=#N has been an enthusiastic member of Kennedy House and continues to use #h time effectively whilst in Study. 6=In the wider context, #N has enjoyed after school Table Tennis and enjoys being a member of Kennedy House. 7=#N uses #h time effectively during Study and has maintained an organised approach to #h learning. 8=#N has been a very positive contributor during Study and #e knows how to manage #h time effectively; a skill which will be more beneficial as #e moves into the Senior School. 9=#N has been involved with the College Rowing program which requires much commitment and a mature attitude.
