Introduction
The unit 'Puppets' involved # making a textile product by marking out, cutting and joining the pieces of fabric. ^ looked at a selection of hand puppets and based ~ design on ~ investigations into how the puppets had been made and who they have been designed for. This unit provided # a context for work in literacy and offered * an opportunity to make up ~ own play or to retell a familiar story using ~ puppets.
