Introduction
In the unit 'Striking and fielding games ' # has learnt how to hit or strike the ball into spaces, so that ^ can score runs in different ways. When fielding, ^ has learnt how to work together with ~ team to keep the batters' scores down.

In all the games activities, # needs to have a think about how ^ uses ~ skills, strategies and tactics to outwit ~ opposition. In striking and fielding games, ^ can achieve this by striking a ball and trying to deceive or avoid the fielders, so that ^ can run between wickets or around bases to score runs. When fielding, ^ must try to prevent runs or points being scored.
