Each week students played various warm up games that built their cardio and core muscles. In the lessons students learned how to safely jump, stick, splat, vault fall and shoulder roll. During the third session they had the opportunity to try a couple of skills outside on the concrete in a low impact, controlled way. #N tried all the different skills and enjoyed #s during this elective.
